1. Description of Service

Watch My Baby is an AI-powered baby tracking and assistant application that provides the following features:

• Sleep tracking and analytics
• Nutrition logging and allergen tracking
• Cry analysis
• AI-powered baby assistant chat
• Growth tracking and predictions
• Vaccination timeline management
• Photo analysis
• Family sharing

2. Medical Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All information, analysis, and recommendations provided by the App, including AI-generated responses, are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your child's health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features require an active subscription, managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed before purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the App (photos, notes, tracking data). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing and improving the service. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.

6. AI Features

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide analysis, recommendations, and conversational assistance. AI-generated content:

• May not always be accurate or complete
• Should not be used as a substitute for professional advice
• Is generated based on the information you provide and general knowledge
• May be improved over time through service updates

7. Family Sharing

The family sharing feature allows multiple users to access a shared baby profile. The account owner who creates the baby profile is responsible for managing family member access. Shared members can view and add data according to their permissions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use the App to track or monitor anyone without their consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is the intellectual property of Watch My Baby. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watch My Baby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App's premium features in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
